The promoter envisages a power requirement of 40 H.P. and other permissions from various departments as required by law& statutory. Relevant applications for the same were processed and the promoter anticipates commencement of Production within the self time frame of 90 days and with the encouragement and co-operation of various authorities we have started the commencement of commercial production within the stipulated period.

Right from the inception of our company, our Promoter has a Policy to adhere to the Government Regulations / Guidelines. Because of this very purpose, Company is not supporting the Child Labour and is committed to implement the provisions of such acts. The Company is aware of social reality of the existence of child labour and recognises that this evil cannot be eradicated by simply setting up rules or inspections. The purpose of this policy is to set forth and convey the Company's business and legal requirements in managing records, including all recorded information regardless of medium or characteristics. Records include paper documents, CDs, computer hard disks, email, floppy disks. The Company is required by the central, local, state and other applicable laws, rules and regulations, to retain certain records and to follow specific guidelines in managing its records. Civil and criminal penalties for failure to comply with such guidelines can be severe for employees, agents, contractors and the Company, and failure to comply with such guidelines may subject the employee, agent or contractor to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationship at the Company's sole discretion.

The Company’s suppliers make significant contributions to our success. To create an environment where our suppliers have an incentive to work with the Company, they must be confident that they will be treated lawfully and in an ethical manner. The Company’s policy is to purchase supplies based on need, quality, service, price and terms and conditions. Suppliers should be selected based on merit, price quality and performance. The Company’s policy is to select significant suppliers or enter into significant supplier agreements through a competitive bid process where possible. Under no circumstances should any Company employee, agent or contractor attempt to coerce suppliers in any way.

The company used to file the Returns/ Reports irrespective of Departments or divisions well in advance and ensures that every related document are in tact and on line at any point of moment.
The company shall prepare and maintain its accounts fairly and accurately in accordance with the accounting and financial reporting standars which represent the generally accepted guidelines, principles, standards, laws and regulations of the Government.
